In 2021 Norway experienced its highest sick leave figures for the past 10 years.
Norway has the highest sick leave in Europe mainly due to musculoskeletal disorders, mental disorders, poor diet and too little physical activity. Few companies have the resources nor tools to provide their employees with a way of working proactively with their own health.

The Challenge
The challenge that faced us was how can we build a health care platform for companies that will reduce sick leave, increase productivity and life quality among their employees?
The Opportunity
A fully digital preventive health service that tackles health challenges before employees fall ill or experience reduced productivity at work.
Who are we solving for?
By solving this challenge employees would enjoy a healthier lifestyle, companies would reduce the amount of sick leave, increase performance and differentiate themselves from other companies when seeking new employees. Health insurance companies would also benefit from lower claims.

What we did to solved the problem
Having thoroughly studied the concept of healthcare and the target audience, we brainstormed new ideas and worked together with the client on the development of a platform that allows employees access to 6 different digital healthcare services.

We created an easy to use subscription based web application whereby a company can choose a subscription that is right for them and their employees
